Mr. Chee Kok Beng (Danny) is a highly experienced Senior Consultant specialising in Leadership and Management skills. With an MBA from Australia and multiple professional certifications, including MBCS, MIDPM, TTT, EQ-LPI, and NLP, he brings a robust academic and practical foundation to his training.

Danny's career spans over three decades, commencing as a Software Engineer before transitioning into Learning and Education. He has held significant roles in Malaysian, Japanese, and Singaporean multinational companies, including Executive Director and Vice-President positions in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Training, and Operations. For the last 10 years, he focused on Learning and Development leadership within a Japanese multinational corporation.

He is a certified Train-the-Trainer facilitator and a Licensed LPI Trainer for Personality Profiling and Emotional Excellence.
