Norhayati Isa is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience in training and consulting. Starting her career in 1990 after an NCC diploma, she has excelled in teaching desktop applications, transitioning to specialize in Lotus Notes in 1998. Her extensive background provides valuable insights and solutions to diverse clients.

An HRDF Certified Trainer and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Norhayati is an expert in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, offering comprehensive courses. Her proficiency extends across the entire Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Access, and VBA. She is passionate about creating an engaging and enjoyable learning environment, ensuring students unlock their full potential.

Beyond training, Norhayati has undertaken various consulting projects, developing Microsoft Access databases, implementing Project Server, and automating processes with VBA for notable clients. She holds multiple Microsoft Office certifications (Master and Expert levels) and is a Power BI Data Analyst.
